We are excited to work with Mayumi Faulks who will be very much in charge of the Emmett’s pork and Appledore King Prawn Gyoza starter. Our lamb is supplied by Simonsbath Estate. The rice is supplied by the Sun Valley Rice Mill in California. There might be an after dinner surprise!
Extra special attention is paid to sourcing ingredients from Exmoor and its peripheries!
