Louise lives and farms on Exmoor with her husband and young daughter. She recently won a coveted place in the final of BBCs Masterchef, where she wowed the judges and chefs such as Pierre Koffman and Monica Galetti with her food.
Louise has worked with several Michelin starred chefs including Michel Roux Jr, Niklas Ekstadt and Malcolm Lee.
Louise is passionate about championing British produce and believes in cooking with true seasonality. Her food has been described as ‘bold and daring’, ‘precise and full of flavour’, and ‘the best of British’.
