Join Sophie Pierce and Matt Newbury for a fun and inspiring aquatic journey through some of Exmoor’s most beautiful places. Their new book, Wild Swimming Walks Exmoor and North Devon, is out in April, and the pair will be sharing some of their favourite swim spots and walking routes, as well as showing images of many stunning locations (including Cow Castle, Badgworthy Water, Porlock Weir, Pinkery Pond and Woody Bay).

Sophie and Matt, who have written five outdoor swimming guides to date, will also talk about their many escapades – from the sublime to the ridiculous – researching the books. Not every research trip is a success! They’ll look at the restorative power of wild swimming, and how it’s bringing together growing numbers of people, united by the joy of immersing in wild waters as well as eating lots of cake afterwards!
