This will be a wonderful and friendly introduction to a small daily yoga practice and breathing, along with fun workshops, advice and practical tips to improve our health and diet.
Miranda will lead us through a simple and easy introduction to stretching and breathing.
This is a day for beginners and yogis alike, all those who would like to build a daily practice and work with the more subtle tools of yoga for independence, strength and flexibility.
We will eat healthy delicious food which will be as local and as sustainable as possible. We will follow an Ayurveda way of eating.
