YOGA

Come for a community evening of yoga, stretching and relaxation. The class will finish with delicious herbal teas and vegetarian meal (eg Dahl and rice or vegetable stew). 

Miranda Taylor has trained in yoga for ten years. She can adapt yoga for any individual and will be teaching a weekly class on Tuesday evenings at Emmetts Barn (Emmetts Grange, Simonsbath, TA24 7LD). She will use all the tools of classic yoga. 

Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary. Riders, walkers, farmers and yogi!

You can ensure better sleep and keep injuries at bay.

Every Tuesday night: 6-7.30pm. We would like to encourage you to book a group of six classes at a discounted rate although it is possible to book each week.
