Where It All Began
The seeds were there from the start. My childhood was filled with adventure—building camps, exploring rivers, and finding wonder in the forgotten corners of the countryside. It was a world that taught me to be curious, intuitive, and audacious. Those early traits led me into the world of travel, where I designed experiences for others and learned quickly that bold ideas only work when grounded in detail: research, preparation, and deep knowledge of your subject. Those are the skills that build trust—and trust is what makes experiences work.
Since then, I’ve curated bespoke experiences across continents, blending creativity with strategic planning to produce work that feels both personal and unforgettable. From managing logistics and building creative spaces from the ground up, to navigating crisis and evolving daily—I know how to anticipate unspoken needs, create environments where people feel seen, and hold the balance between detail and inspiration.
In the art world, I’ve curated exhibitions, managed sales, and run the business side of creativity, gaining a deep understanding of how to connect meaningful work with the right audience. In the hospitality world, I have run a pub with rooms through covid and to the other side. Alongside this, I’ve chaired community initiatives, managed properties, and led through real-world challenges with diplomacy, adaptability, and care. Later, running a residential art school in Oxfordshire with my artist husband, I witnessed the quiet magic of creative community—how thoughtful hospitality, inspiring surroundings, and deep attention to people can transform the way they create. I saw that creativity flourishes when it’s well-held.
